COMING SOON - Join us for a relaxing morning of Yoga in the Gallery, led by instructer Nusch from The Yoga Partnership.
Inspired by our upcoming exhibition, The Noise of Time, each 45-minute session invites you to explore gentle breathwork, mindful movement, and guided mediation while surrounded by the reflective, layered works of Ian Friend. Take time to slow down, unwind and deepen your connection to both art and movement.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, and blanket. Please leave your water bottle on the provided table outside the main gallery, which can be accessed at anytime during the session.
What to Wear: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.

Nusch Herman
Nusch is an experienced and dedicated yoga and meditation teacher and Reiki master. Having completed a diverse array of yoga and meditation trainings, Nusch brings a grounded, creative and embodied sense of knowledge and wisdom to her classes.
Nusch recently returned to Brisbane after living in Aotearoa, New Zealand where she was teaching kundalini yoga and meditation and working at the University of Auckland’s Centre for Co-Created Ageing Research.
Nusch is particularly passionate about creating a supportive environment for mature-age people to discover how yoga and meditation can support physical strength, as well as supporting mental and spiritual wellbeing. Her practice is founded in creating a safe and nourishing space, guiding you on a journey towards deeper self-connection.
